All items EXCLUDING ANY sale items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for an Exchange or Store Credit.
We don't offer refunds on change of mind or incorrect sizing purchases.
We don't offer returns on swimwear, intimate wear and accessories for hygienic reasons
Returns must be accompanied by a return number - email firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for return in order to receive your return number.
Returns are posted at the buyers expense, and must have all tags and be unworn. For our overseas customers, please note that we are not liable to refund your VAT, and remember that all customs and duties taxes are also non-refundable.
Some sale items might have minor defects with them and this could be the reason why they are heavily discounted. If you want to know exactly what is wrong email email@example.com and we can provide photos and more details. Note this is not with all sale items only some.
We offer free return shipping for exchanged items (excluding international customers). You’ll just need to cover the postage to send it back to us. If you wish to exchange for a different size please email firstname.lastname@example.org and state so when asking for your return number. We can't guarantee that your size will still be available, therefore a store credit will be given.
Credits are given once the item has been returned and checked over by One staff. Store credits are valid for a year and can be used in-store, online or via phone purchase.
Please note that items are only considered faulty if they are received damaged or have a manufacturing fault. Refunds/exchanges for faulty items are at management's discretion.
